Nick Klaus


Nick directed the transition of Wellflex Energy Solutions as a vertically integrated fabrication division of a publicly traded E&P company into a stand-alone business division in 2011. With the goal of making Wellflex the industry leader for facilities solutions, in 2013 Nick led the management buyout of Wellflex Energy Solutions with assistance from private investors. Under Nick’s leadership, Wellflex has grown a highly technical team to support their ModFlex™ process of modular facilities and provide industry leading expertise and support to their customers.

Nick holds a B.A. in History and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

David Baughman


David has held multiple positions in Operations in a variety of markets including Automotive, Aerospace, Power Generation and Oilfield OEM equipment manufacturing. Prior to joining Wellflex, David was Chief Operating Officer at Relevant Power Solutions and Surefire Industries LLC where he led efforts to install a culture of Continuous Improvement and Total Quality Management. Prior to that, David spent 23 years at Barnes Group as Production Control Manager, Factory Manager and Division Manager at multiple locations leading both operational turnarounds as well as aggressive growth platforms. David has been trained in Lean Manufacturing and has been mentored by multiple Lean Experts. David holds a BS in Business Administration from The University of Phoenix.

Garrett Lee


Prior to joining Wellflex, Garrett was the Manager of Production Equipment Product Management & Technical Support at Valerus where he developed Production Equipment packages and grew an expert Technical Support team for the onshore Unites States. Prior to Valerus, Garrett held the position of Eagle Ford Territory Manager for NATCO/Cameron, where he was responsible for design, fabrication & servicing Process Systems for all upstream and midstream customers in the Eagle Ford Basin.

Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Business Minor from Texas A&M University.

Greg Patterson


Greg has held multiple positions in Operations and Engineering capacities. Prior to joining Wellflex, Greg served as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant with Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center where he championed operational, financial and organizational optimization assignments for clients in a wide variety of industries primarily in the Gulf Coast region. Prior to TMAC, Greg served as General Manager with WPT Power Inc. Greg also spent 9 years with Tranter Inc. where he served in domestic and Global expatriate roles as Plant Manager and Director of Operations. Greg received a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Texas Tech University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Midwestern State University and a Master of Manufacturing Management Degree from Kettering University.

Mike Nathan


Prior to joining Wellflex, Mike held the position with Valerus as Director of Project Management and Engineering. He also worked for NATCO/Cameron as Sr. Project Manager and Project Director to execute projects for PETRONAS in Malaysia, and held various Project Management, Engineering and Quality Control management roles for NATCO, Black and Vetch and Dresser Flow Solutions.

Mike holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Tulsa and a Registered Professional engineer in State of Texas.

Dominic Giametta


Prior to joining Wellfelx, Dominic has held managerial positions in the automotive industry and was the Vice President of Sales for a manufacturer of oil and gas measurement equipment based in Sugar Land, TX. It was there that Dominic grew and diversified the company’s sales channels and helped drive revenue to new records in each of his first five years as the sales leader. Dominic has been involved in international projects including LNG sampling systems in Korea as well as multiple oil measurement projects in Latin America and Southeast Asia.

Dominic holds a BA with a double major in Political Science and History from Texas State University where he was also a four year letter winner for the football program.

Brian Snodgrass


Prior to joining Wellflex, Brian has held multiple positions in Supply Chain, both in the Welding and Fabrication Equipment Industry and in Electronic Contract Manufacturing. Brian’s roles included both Global and Regional Sourcing Director roles at ESAB Welding and Cutting in addition to roles in Demand/Distribution Planning, Sourcing and Analytics.

Brian holds an AA in Electronics from Tarrant County College, a BS in e-Business and an MBA from The University of Phoenix.
